‘La familia, lo más valioso del ser humano’
María Eugenia Galván Antillón
La licenciada María Eugenia Galván Antillón, presidenta del Consejo de la Junta de Asistencia Social Pública del estado de Chihuahua y madre de la gobernadora del Estado, María Eugenia Campos Galván, se describe como “una mujer espiritual y luchadora”, además de fuerte, responsable y feliz, que ha sabido sortear las adversidades que se le han presentado en la vida, siempre “tomada de la mano de Dios”.
Y esas particularidades son las que la han llevado a ser un gran soporte para su hija, la primera gobernadora del estado de Chihuahua y anteriormente la primera presidenta municipal en la capital del estado, “el éxito de los hijos siempre lo quieren las madres, el asunto es formar a los hijos con disciplina y seguridad en sí mismos y con mucho amor para que puedan salir adelante en la vida”, asegura.
Señala que el éxito es relativo según el espejo con el que se vea, pero para ella lo más importante es ver a sus hijos felices y para lograr esa felicidad es importante agregar valores cada día a la vida de los hijos, entre ellos “disciplina, honestidad, el afán de superación, sobre todo el amor y la sensibilidad para los demás”.
Por consecuente, comenta, el espíritu de servir a otros es algo fundamental, algo que debe venir impregnado en las personas y que debe ser transmitido a los hijos para con ello crear una mejor sociedad.
La fe en la crianza de los hijos
Si bien es sabido que todo individuo debe llevar una formación básica (primaria, secundaria, preparatoria y universidad, según el caso) las personas tenemos tres áreas de atención, el conocimiento científico, la educación moral y la fe, asegura Galván.
“Es muy importante que tengan el sentido de transcendencia a través de la fe y es lo que los va a hacer realmente felicites, no van a encontrar la felicidad en cosas materiales, la felicidad se encuentra en Dios, él es el único que te llena el alma, que te da la felicidad”.
Agrega que más que vivir entre leyes de una religión es importante enseñar a amar a Dios y amar al prójimo.
Sueños cumplidos
“Nunca lo imagine, jamás, todavía no me lo creo, a veces se me olvida”, explicó con una sonrisa al preguntarle si se imaginaba como la madre de la gobernadora, puesto que su hija obtiene como resultado de la educación que desde pequeña recibió, en la cual se le explicó la importancia de las luchas sociales.
“Cuando estaba don Luis Álvarez en huelga de hambre le enseñé lo que era la democracia, por qué estaba en huelga de hambre y lo íbamos a acompañar al parque Lerdo, entonces creo que ella desde muy chica supo luchar por sus ideales, por lo que se le sembró en la vida… supo el valor de la familia y el valor de la política para hacer el bien común y ejecutar los valores de la libertad”, asegura.
Explica que a pesar de tener la madurez de dejar ser a los hijos nunca se deja de estar al pendiente de ellos, sea cual sea su trabajo “es muy fácil que con el poder caigas en la soberbia, y ese es el principio de todo mal, los papás no dejamos de ser papás y los seguimos amando y pedirle a Dios por el discernimiento para que tomen buenas decisiones”.
Señala que cuando los hijos llegan a posiciones de liderazgo es donde se refleja la educación y los valores “la veo más sensible hacia las necesidades de los demás, con tantos retos, hora está más entregada, su fe es más grande porque la pone en Dios”.
Mensaje para las madres
“A los hijos hay que darles amor y limites; el amor es muy importante porque sin el amor no crecemos es algo inherente al ser humano, y sobre todo en los niños… darles amor en cualquier edad, y los límites es para que se puedan insertar en la vida, todos tenemos límites y todos tenemos que aprender que debemos que obedecer las reglas”, una enseñanza que se da en el hogar, el núcleo que sostiene a la sociedad, afirmó.
María Eugenia Galván Antillón concluye explicando la importancia que tienen las familias en la dinámica social, a las cuales “hay que fortalecer porque es lo más valioso que tiene el ser humano; es donde nacemos, donde crecemos y ahí en la familia el amor nunca termina, en la familia descansas, es donde puedes expresarte tal y como eres, donde recibes el amor que se necesita para seguir adelante”, por ello exhorta a buscar las herramientas que permitan que las familias se formen sanas y crezcan para desarrollar hijos de éxito que promuevan el bien en la sociedad.

In an interview for Visionarias, the governor’s mother clarifies that children’s success is achieved by training them with discipline and self-confidence.
María Eugenia Galván Antillón, president of the Council of the Board of Public Social Assistance of the state of Chihuahua and mother of the governor of the state, María Eugenia Campos Galván, describes herself as “a spiritual and fighting woman” as well as robust, responsible and happy, who has been able to overcome the adversities that have come her way in life, always “holding the hand of God”.
And these particularities are what have led her to be a great support for her daughter, the first governor of the state of Chihuahua and previously the first municipal president in the state capital, “the success of children is always what mothers want, the issue is to train children with discipline and self-confidence and with a lot of love so they can get ahead in life,” she says.
She points out that success is relative depending on the mirror in which it is seen, but for her the most important thing is to see her children happy and to achieve that happiness it is important to add values every day to the lives of her children, among them “discipline, honesty, the desire to improve, above all love and sensitivity for others”.
Consequently, he comments, the spirit of serving others is something fundamental, something that must be impregnated in people and that must be transmitted to their children in order to create a better society.
Faith in parenting
Although it is known that every individual must have a basic education (primary, secondary, high school and university, as the case may be), Galván assures that people have three areas of attention: scientific knowledge, moral education and faith.
“It is very important that they have the sense of transcendence through faith and that is what will make them really happy, they will not find happiness in material things, happiness is found in God, he is the only one who fills your soul, who gives you happiness”.
He adds that more than living among the laws of a religion, it is important to teach them to love God and to love their neighbor.
Dreams fulfilled
“I never imagined it, never, I still don’t believe it, sometimes I forget,” she explained with a smile when asked if she imagined herself as the governor’s mother, since her daughter obtains as a result of the education she received since she was a little girl, in which the importance of social struggles was explained to her.
“When Don Luis Álvarez was on hunger strike I taught her what democracy was, why he was on hunger strike and we were going to accompany him to Lerdo Park, then I believe that from a very young age she knew how to fight for her ideals, for what was sown in her life… she knew the value of the family and the value of politics to do the common good and execute the values of freedom”, she assures.
He explains that in spite of having the maturity to let his children be, he never stops being attentive to them, no matter what his job is, “it is very easy that with power you fall into arrogance, and that is the beginning of all evil, as parents we do not stop being parents and we continue to love them and ask God for discernment so that they make good decisions”.
She points out that when children reach leadership positions is where education and values are reflected “I see her more sensitive to the needs of others, with so many challenges, she is more dedicated, her faith is greater because she puts it in God”.
Message for mothers
“Love is very important because without love we do not grow, it is something inherent to human beings, and especially in children… give them love at any age, and the limits are so that they can be inserted in life, we all have limits and we all have to learn that we must obey the rules”, a teaching that is given at home, the core that sustains society, she said.
María Eugenia Galván Antillón concludes by explaining the importance of families in the social dynamics, which “must be strengthened because it is the most valuable thing a human being has; it is where we are born, where we grow and there in the family love never ends, in the family you rest, it is where you can express yourself as you are, where you receive the love you need to move forward”, therefore she urges to seek the tools that allow families to form healthy and grow to develop successful children that promote good in society.

El trabajo en equipo y la organización son las herramientas clave para su labor
Reconocida en la frontera como la mejor wedding planner de Ciudad Juárez, Laura Sánchez comparte con Visionarias su estrategia para mantenerse en lo más alto de la organización de eventos, al tiempo que debe seguir siendo madre y esposa al 100 por ciento.
Esta mujer visionaria nos dice que el secreto está en el tiempo y en trabajar en equipo con su familia para que ella pueda cumplir con su oficio, el cual comenzó a desempeñar en 2016.
Recuerda que fundó Decco Event Planning and Design luego de asistir a una boda en la Ciudad de Chihuahua, donde se fijó en todos los detalles, la organización y decoración, algo que siempre le interesó.
Pero para lograrlo no sólo bastaba con querer hacerlo, tenía que organizarse para seguir cumpliendo con su rol de mamá, así como esposa, por lo que el tiempo fue su mayor reto, ya que ahora también debía acoplarse a la disponibilidad de sus clientes.
Sin embargo, gracias al apoyo de su marido y su fe en Dios a sabido llevarlo a cabo, “Dios siempre ha estado conmigo, cada día me sorprende más de cómo ha estado conmigo, yo siempre digo ‘gracias, Dios’, porque hasta yo misma me sorprendo; digo ‘gracias, Dios, porque estuviste aquí y esto tú me guiaste’, Dios me guió para hacer todo esto”, dice.
Sus hijos, su mayor proyecto
Para Laura, “ser madre es algo muy bonito”, asegura que junto con ello, su familia se ha convertido en un equipo cuyo objetivo final es hacer de sus hijos buenas personas, con valores y principios, además de la gratificación que tiene al sentirse admirada por sus hijos.
Es por lo anterior que siempre busca darles el mejor ejemplo para que en un futuro sepan valorar a las mujeres de su vida.
“Yo tengo dos niños varones y darles ese ejemplo a mis hijos siento que a ellos les va a influir mucho en su vida con su pareja o matrimonio para que ellos acepten que también como mujer tenemos la misma oportunidad”, dice.
Y por esas mismas oportunidades es que envía un sincero mensaje, “crean… cuando uno cree en uno mismo sacamos maravillas de nosotras mismas, que a veces nosotras mismas nos impresionamos, dudamos tanto y muchas veces nos opacan, pero sí puedo”, agrega.

Teamwork and organization are key tools for her work.
Recognized on the border as the best wedding planner in Ciudad Juárez, Laura Sánchez shares with Visionarias her strategy for staying at the top of the event planning game while remaining a 100 percent mother and wife.
This visionary woman tells us that the secret lies in time and working as a team with her family so she can fulfill her profession, which she began in 2016.
She recalls that she founded Decco Event Planning and Design after attending a wedding in Chihuahua City, where she focused on every detail, the organization, and the decoration, something that had always interested her.
But to achieve this, it wasn’t enough just to want to do it; she had to organize herself to continue fulfilling her role as mother, as well as wife. Therefore, time was her biggest challenge, as she now also had to accommodate her clients’ availability. However, thanks to her husband’s support and her faith in God, she has been able to carry it out. “God has always been with me. Every day I am more surprised by how He has been with me. I always say, ‘thank you, God,’ because even I am surprised. I say, ‘thank you, God, because you were here, and you guided me through this.’ God guided me to do all of this,” she says.
Her Children, Her Greatest Project
For Laura, “being a mother is a beautiful thing.” She asserts that, along with this, her family has become a team whose ultimate goal is to raise their children into good people, with values and principles, in addition to the gratification she gets from feeling admired by them.
This is why she always strives to set the best example for them so that in the future they will know how to value the women in their lives.
“I have two boys, and setting that example for my children, I feel, will greatly influence them in their lives with their partners or marriages, so that they will accept that as women, we also have the same opportunities,” she says.
And it is through these same opportunities that she sends a sincere message: “Believe… when you believe in yourself, we bring out wonders in ourselves. Sometimes we impress ourselves, we doubt ourselves so much, and many times we are overshadowed, but yes, I can do it,” she adds.

Desde hace tres años esta unidad de diagnóstico y tratamiento cardiovascular se ha encargado de prevenir, devolver y mantener la salud de hombres y mujeres en riesgo en cuanto a enfermedades del corazón se refiere.

Empresaria, creadora de contenido e inspiración para otras mujeres, así es nuestra Mujer Visionaria del mes de marzo
“Mi nombre es Diana Borruel, así me encuentran en mis redes sociales. Yo soy originaria de Chihuahua, Chihuahua…”
Así es como empieza la plática de Visionarias con la joven empresaria y creadora de contenido, que ha encontrado en esta frontera el escaparate perfecto para darse a conocer y hacer crecer sus proyectos.
“Ciudad Juárez es una ciudad que me ha recibido con mucho amor, mucho cariño a mí, a mis proyectos, a mi negocio, me he sentido en familia aquí”, nos dice Diana, quien desde hace unos 7 años comenzó a ser referente de la ola de influencers fronterizos con más presencia en redes sociales, especialmente en Instagram, donde cuenta con miles de seguidores de todas partes del mundo.
Esta mujer visionaria nos cuenta que comenzó haciendo publicidad gratuita a establecimientos comerciales de su natal Chihuahua, donde estudió Gestión y Desarrollo de Empresas, sin embargo, su amor por la música y componer la llevó por otro camino, “me encanta la música, me encanta cantar, me gusta todo lo que tiene que ver con crear, me fascina crear, crear, crear”, dice.
Natura Fit
Pero desarrollar su lado creativo no es en lo único que se concentra nuestra entrevistada, pues también invierte su tiempo en Natura Fit, una empresa pensada en el beneficio de otras mujeres y con la cual cumple 2 años.
“Natura Fit es un suplemento alimenticio para todas las mujeres que nos encanta la belleza, que nos gusta sentirnos bien y sobre todo tener un peso saludable, vernos mejor, mejorar nuestro aspecto; sirve para la digestión, para la celulitis, la apariencia de la piel, para la ansiedad… la verdad tiene muchísimos beneficios”, nos informa.
También nos comparte que al inicio no fue tan fácil, pues era ella quien hacía todo el trabajo, desde el servicio al cliente 24/7, hacer paqueterías, recibir producto, hablar con proveedores, etcétera.
Sin embargo, esta situación hoy en día ha cambiado, pues actualmente tiene alrededor de 50 personas trabajando directa e indirectamente con su emprendimiento, el cual tiene compradores en México, Estados Unidos y Canadá, así como más de mil 500 testimonios positivos en sus páginas oficiales, mismos que se han convertido en su publicidad más poderosa.
Su verdadera pasión
Pero, aunque su faceta de empresaria ha resultado un éxito en su vida, Diana Borruel no se olvida de su verdadera pasión, la música, por lo que espera este año poder lanzar su material discográfico, del cual ella ha escrito las canciones, “tengo alma de compositora”, nos dice.
Al cuestionarle sobre cuál es su inspiración, nos dice que es la vida misma, “en cada pedacito que podemos ver en las personas, en mi pareja, en mi mamá, en mi papá, en los atardeceres se puede encontrar a Dios, entonces, ahora sí que la vida que Dios nos regala”.
Agrega que parte de eso que la motiva está “todos los días el poder levantarme y sentirme viva, sentirme agradecida de estar viva, el poder decir ‘tengo que honrar a Dios’… estoy saludable, tengo salud, estoy completa, cómo me voy a poder quedar acostada en mi cama 24 horas al día, claro que no, tienes que salir a la vida, hacer algo”.
Y es precisamente esa inspiración y las ganas de compartir con otras mujeres lo que –a la par del resto de sus proyectos– la ha llevado a escribir un libro, del que aún no tiene el título, pero espera vea la luz pronto, pues ha puesto todo su corazón en él.
Diana nos comenta “Estamos en una faceta de la mujer en la que estamos descubriendo el poder que tenemos dentro de nosotras, si podemos crear vida, qué no podemos crear…
!Es nuestro tiempo!”, ella nos dice que le gusta vivir en conciencia un estado que quiere compartir con otras mujeres, a quienes quiere ayudar a lograr sus sueños y aspiraciones.

This is how Visionarias begins her conversation with the young businesswoman and content creator, who has found in this border the perfect showcase to make herself known and grow her projects.
“Ciudad Juárez is a city that has welcomed me with a lot of love, a lot of affection for me, my projects, my business, I have felt like family here,” says Diana, who about 7 years ago began to be a reference for the wave of border influencers with more presence on social networks, especially on Instagram, where she has thousands of followers from all over the world.
This visionary woman tells us that she began by doing free advertising for commercial establishments in her native Chihuahua, where she studied Business Management and Development, however, her love for music and composing took her down another path, “I love music, I love singing, I like everything that has to do with creating, I love creating, creating, creating,” she says.

But developing her creative side is not the only thing our interviewee focuses on, as she also invests her time in Natura Fit, a company designed for the benefit of other women and with which she has been working for 2 years.
“Natura Fit is a nutritional supplement for all women who love beauty, who like to feel good and above all have a healthy weight, look better, improve our appearance; it is useful for digestion, cellulite, skin appearance, anxiety… the truth is it has many benefits,” she tells us.
She also shares that at the beginning it was not so easy, because she was the one who did all the work, from customer service 24/7, making packages, receiving products, talking to suppliers, etc.
However, this situation has changed today, as he currently has around 50 people working directly and indirectly with his business, which has buyers in Mexico, the United States and Canada, as well as more than 1,500 positive testimonials on his official pages, which have become his most powerful advertising.
Her true passion
But, although her role as an entrepreneur has been a success in her life, Diana Borruel has not forgotten her true passion, music, which is why she hopes to be able to release her album this year, for which she has written the songs, “I have the soul of a composer,” she tells us.
When asked what inspires her, she tells us that it is life itself, “in every little piece that we can see in people, in my partner, in my mother, in my father, in the sunsets, we can find God, so now, it is the life that God gives us.”
She adds that part of what motivates her is “being able to get up every day and feel alive, feeling grateful to be alive, being able to say ‘I have to honor God’… I am healthy, I have health, I am complete, how can I stay in bed 24 hours a day, of course not, you have to go out into life, do something.”
And it is precisely that inspiration and the desire to share with other women that –along with the rest of her projects– has led her to write a book, which she does not yet have a title for, but she hopes will see the light soon, because she has put all her heart into it.
Diana tells us “We are in a phase of women in which we are discovering the power that we have within us, if we can create life, what can we not create…
It is our time!” She tells us that she likes to live in consciousness, a state that she wants to share with other women, whom she wants to help achieve their dreams and aspirations.
