En la Sagrada Palabra, Jesús nos alerta de lo que ocurrirá en los últimos tiempos de la humanidad. Advierte que “a causa de la maldad el amor del hombre se va a enfriar y a causa de los escogidos, los días serán acortados para que nadie se pierda”.
Estas palabras tienen la marca del autor de la vida, y en la actualidad, la maldad se representa con violencia −en todas sus manifestaciones−, lo cual se está convirtiendo en un problema en la relación de los hombres.
La violencia “es el uso de la fuerza para conseguir un fin”, sin embargo, existe otro tipo de acción violenta que es más peligrosa y tiene consecuencias destructivas por las secuelas que produce.
La acción de dañar a otro ser humano se ha incrementado en el último siglo. La acción de la guerra reflejada en dos grandes confrontaciones mundiales y en cientos de revoluciones y actos independentistas en una gran cantidad de países del mundo, tienen una explicación social, posiblemente hasta una justificación, pero la violencia por la simple acción de dañar a otro ser humano, es el reflejo mismo de los nuevos tiempos.
Con la pandemia, que está a punto de cumplir 19 meses, la humanidad incrementó las ya altas estadísticas de agresión a niños, mujeres, enfermos mentales y personas de la tercera edad.
Cada día el hombre es más cruel en el daño que produce a otro ser humano. El tráfico de personas, que en el pasado se consumaba a través de la esclavitud, ahora aporta un lado más perverso y dañino, pues gente malvada trafica con gente de todas las edades y los fines de esa comercialización son muy preocupantes pues reflejan un alto nivel de perversidad y maldad. No se diga el asesinato de niños a través del aborto.
Definitivamente estamos ante una sociedad severamente enferma.
Nunca como hoy crecer en nuestro interior, formados e instruidos a través de una doctrina tan sólida, como la de Jesucristo, es la única alternativa que tiene la humanidad que cada día se pierde entre sus propias telarañas de justicia a medias y formas complicadas de vida.
No únicamente se está golpeando a niños, mujeres y personas desvalidas, sino que se está asesinando sin ningún temor a Dios y sin ningún remordimiento de conciencia.
Los sicarios en las calles accionan sus armas porque creen que es “su trabajo matar personas”. Esa forma pragmática de vida es un antivalor que está produciendo actos de imitación como si se tratara de una moda.
Por eso, hoy más que nunca, abrir la Biblia y ponerla en práctica, es la única alternativa que tiene esta sociedad enferma en los “días malos” a los que se refirió el apóstol Pablo cuando urgía a los cristianos de su tiempo a vivir el día a día con la guianza de del Espíritu Santo amando como dijo Jesús: “a nuestro prójimo como a nosotros mismos”.
Violence: the wrath of the soul
In the Sacred Word, Jesus warns us of what will happen in the end times of humanity. He warns that “because of wickedness man’s love will grow cold and because of the elect, the days will be shortened so that no one gets lost.” These words have the author’s life mark, and today, violence, in all its manifestations, is becoming a problem in men’s relationships.
Violence “is the use of force to achieve a goal. However, another type of violent action is more dangerous and has destructive consequences because of its effects. The act of harming another human being has increased in the last century.
The action of war, reflected in two significant world confrontations and hundreds of revolutions and acts of independence in many countries of the world, has a social explanation, possibly even a justification. But violence by the simple action of harming another human being reflects the new times.
With the pandemic, which is about to turn 19 months old, humanity has increased the high statistics of aggression against children, women, the mentally ill, and the elderly. Every day man is crueler in the harm he inflicts on another human being. Human trafficking, which was consummated through slavery in the past, now brings a more perverse and harmful side, as evil people traffic with people of all ages, and the purposes of this commercialization are very worrying because they reflect a high level of perversity and evil. Not to mention the murder of children through abortion.
We are facing a sick society and, even more, a severely sick one. Never like today to grow within ourselves, formed and instructed through a doctrine as solid as that of Jesus Christ, is the only alternative for humanity that every day is lost among its cobwebs of half-justice and complicated ways of life.
Not only are children, women, and helpless people being beaten, but they are being murdered without any fear of God and any remorse of conscience. The hitmen on the streets pull their guns because they believe it is “their job to kill people.” This pragmatic way of life is an anti-value that produces acts of imitation as if it were a fashion.
Today more than ever, opening the Bible and putting it into practice is the only alternative for this sick society in the “evil days” to which the Apostle Paul referred when he urged the Christians to live day by day with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, loving as Jesus said: “our neighbor as ourselves.”
