Los puntos de vista u opiniones que leo y escucho en relación con el tema del aborto me parecen personales y políticas.
Este es un tema de sumo interés y preocupación, y la mejor manera de proteger la salud mental de las mujeres que consideren en tener un aborto –según mis creencias–, es asegurarse de que obtengan la información precisa del riesgo que conlleva esta práctica, además de que también deben ser informadas o educadas en su hogar sobre las consecuencias de tener relaciones sexuales.
Desde un punto de vista bíblico y cristiano, me opongo rotundamente al aborto porque considero que la vida es un don de Dios, de él emana y sólo él tiene el derecho de tomarla, nosotros no. El embrión según la ciencia es considerado un ser humano y como tal, tenemos que salvaguardar su integridad, pues tiene todo el derecho de nacer y de desarrollarse.
No habrá mujer que aborte, ni estéril en tu tierra; y yo completaré el número de tus días” Éxodo 23-26
La vida es un valor esencial que está en primer lugar de la escala de valores éticos. Como sociedad debemos proteger y defender la vida de la madre y la del niño. No seamos cómplices ni asesinos intelectuales de omisión y de acción. No desvaloricemos la vida, no podemos estar por encima de la ley de Dios, quien es el dador de la vida.
Por último, lo más importante de una mujer es la auto aceptación, el respeto, la confianza y el amor propio; una mujer tiene que ser consciente, sabia en cada acto y responsable de la decisión que tome. Debe ir más allá de una simple expectativa, debe ser una persona plena y segura de sí misma.
El aborto por causas naturales es considerado como un castigo de Dios, entonces el aborto provocado ni siquiera cabía en la mentalidad de los hombres que escribieron la Biblia, pues sería un absurdo que alguien deseara para sí lo que era tenido por maldición.
An opinion about abortion
The views or opinions that I read and hear about abortion seem personal and political to me.
This is a matter of great interest and concern, and the best way to protect the mental health of women who consider having an abortion –in my belief– is to ensure that they get accurate information on the risk involved in this practice; in addition that they should also be informed or educated at home about the consequences of have sex.
From a biblical and Christian point of view, I strongly oppose abortion because I consider that life is a gift from God, and only he has the right to take it away, we don’t.
According to science the embryo is considered a human being and as such, we have to safeguard its integrity, since it has every right to be born and to develop. Life is an essential value that comes first on the scale of ethical values.
As a society we must protect and defend the mother’s and child life. Let us not be accomplices or intellectual killers for omission or action. Let’s not devalue life; we cannot be above God’s law, who is the life giver.
Finally, the most important thing in a woman is self-acceptance, respect, trust and self-love; a woman has to be aware, wise in every act and responsible for the decision she makes. She must go beyond a simple expectation; must be a full and self-confident person.
Abortion for natural causes is considered a punishment from God, so induced abortion did not even fit in the mind of the men who wrote the Bible, because it would be absurd for someone to wish for himself what was a cursed.
