Las personas me preguntan por qué hice la especialidad en ginecología, por qué no realice otra especialidad, por qué estudiar algo que requiere tantos años… mi respuesta, quería conocer mi cuerpo como mujer que soy.
Toda mujer desde su nacimiento hasta su vejez requiere de un cuidado muy minucioso de la salud física, mental y espiritual, mucho más que el hombre. La mujer se enferma más que él y es la que menos se cuida y se interesa por su salud, siempre con el pretexto “no tengo tiempo para mí”.
Como mujer, se requiere de un compromiso diario para poder cumplir con el propósito por el cual Dios nos creó, que fue el de ser la ayuda idónea del hombre y de todos los integrantes de la sociedad en que vivimos. Ahora que soy esposa y mamá entiendo completamente lo que es el verdadero estudio y conocimiento de la Gineco-Obstetricia.
Diariamente acuden a mi clínica pacientes por alguna enfermedad en específico, mismos que al realizarles un interrogatorio y exploración completa, se encuentran con múltiples enfermedades ginecológicas.
El 90% de las mujeres que acuden presentan infecciones vaginales, que son causantes a largo plazo −si no se tratan− de presentar la infección del virus del papiloma humano y ocasionar cáncer cervicouterino, que es la primera causa de muerte femenina.
Otra causa de muerte elevada en la mujer son el cáncer de mama, la hemorragia postparto y la preeclampsia, todas estas prevenibles si las mujeres acudieran periódicamente a una atención médica de calidad.
El estudio de la mujer nunca termina, es continuo y requiere de mucha sabiduría, conocimiento y servicio. Estas bases de educación nunca las aprendí de mis maestros en la universidad y mucho menos está escrito en los libros de Medicina; este conocimiento lo fui adquiriendo día a día al conocer el manual de nuestra vida que es la Biblia.
He aprendido como cristiana y ginecóloga que si toda mujer tuviera temor de Dios y entendiera que su cuerpo es el templo de él, se cuidaría más, para así no dejar hombres viudos y niños huérfanos.
Mujer tú decides si cuidas o no de tu salud, porque Dios nos ha dado el libre albedrío.
Que nuestro padre Dios te bendiga por siempre.

As a woman, a daily commitment is required to fulfill the purpose for which God created us, which was to be the ideal helper of man and all the members of the society we live in. Now that I am a wife and mother, I fully understand the proper study and knowledge of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Every day patients come to my clinic for a specific disease, and when they undergo a complete interrogation and examination, they find multiple gynecological disorders.
Ninety percent of the women who come to my clinic have vaginal infections, which in the long term if left untreated, can lead to human papillomavirus infection and cervical cancer, which is the leading cause of female death.
Other high causes of death in women are breast cancer, postpartum hemorrhage, and preeclampsia, all of which are preventable if women regularly seek quality medical care.
The study of women never ends; it is continuous and requires much wisdom, knowledge, and service. I never learned these bases of education from my teachers at the university, and much less is it written in medical books; I acquired this knowledge day by day as I got to know the manual of our life, which is the Bible.
As a Christian and gynecologist, I have learned that if every woman had a fear of God and understood that her body is His temple, she would take more care of herself so as not to leave widowed men and orphaned children.
