La noche en que el hijo de Dios llegó es una de las historias más maravillosas del planeta
“¡Gloria a Dios en las alturas! ¡Paz en la tierra entre los hombres que gozan de su favor!”
San Lucas 2:14)
Dentro de las historias maravillosas del mundo y la humanidad está la del nacimiento de Jesús, “El Príncipe de Paz”, hecho narrado en la canción “Noche de Paz”, que es muy antigua y bastante conocida, incluso traducida a varios idiomas.
En dicha melodía se describe un acontecimiento especial, el único hijo de Dios vino a nacer en un humilde pesebre, cuando él llegó a este mundo se cumplió con lo que los profetas del Antiguo Testamento anunciaron cientos de años atrás, que por medio de Jesús se iba a obtener la paz con Dios y la reconciliación. Su pueblo elegido era Israel, se sabía que vendría el mesías tan anhelado.
Entonces, sólo podremos tener la paz verdadera cuando recibamos al Señor y Salvador, llegando así a ser hijos de Dios, aprendiendo de él la descripción perfecta de paz, como lo dice San Juan 14:27: “Les dejo la paz. Les doy mi paz, pero no se la doy como la dan los que son del mundo. No se angustien ni tengan miedo”.
Así tendremos muchas noches y días de paz real, porque Jesús habita en nuestro corazón y su paz no es ausencia de problemas, sino seguridad en medio de la tormenta.
Silent Night

Among the beautiful stories of the world and humanity is that of the birth of Jesus, “The Prince of Peace,” a fact narrated in the song “Silent Night,” which is very old and well-known, even translated into several languages.
In this melody, a special event is described: the only son of God came to be born in a humble manger, giving us a good example.
When he came into this world, what the Old Testament prophets announced hundreds of years ago was fulfilled that through Jesus, there would be peace with God and reconciliation. His chosen people were Israel; it was known that the longed-for messiah would come.
So, we can only have true peace when we receive the Lord and Savior, thus becoming children of God, learning from him the perfect description of peace, as St. John 14:27 says: “Peace I leave with you. I give you my peace, but I do not give it to you as those who are of the world give it to you. Do not be anxious and do not be afraid”.
Thus, we will have many nights and days of absolute peace because Jesus dwells in our hearts, and his peace is not the absence of problems but security amid the storm.
