Se entiende por matriarcado a nivel social, político, religioso o familiar a la inclinación de la mujer de querer tener el control y poder sobre otros.
Sin embargo, en la Biblia, la Palabra del Señor habla más de patriarcas desde la fundación del pueblo elegido por Dios, dónde el varón es denominado cabeza del hogar cuando éste vive en obediencia y fidelidad al creador.
La autoridad delegada por Dios al ser humano, hombre o mujer, se ha manifestado erradamente con conductas extremas, como el machismo y el mismo matriarcado, que buscan imponer el control de acuerdo a sus ideas humanas carentes y limitadas. De aquí, que existen alteraciones que han afectado por siglos a muchas generaciones que sólo imitan, sin reflexionar, inlcuso en la Palabra de Dios el uso correcto de la autoridad que él nos ha dado. Una autoridad que protege, no abusa.
Y así sucedió por siglos hasta la venida del mesías prometido por Jesucristo, para traer libertad espiritual a quienes siguiéramos sus pisadas, con su excelente ejemplo de carácter Santo, conducta mansa y humilde, virtudes espirituales que podemos obtener a través de él, para la mejor expresión de nuestra vida, rol, llamado y servicio, y así poder edificar vidas y no destruirlas con conductas contrarias a sus mandamientos.
Free from matriarchy

Matriarchy, on a social, political, religious, or familial level, is understood as a woman’s inclination to have control and power over others.
However, in the Bible, the Word of the Lord speaks more of patriarchs since the founding of God’s chosen people, where the man is called the head of the household when he lives in obedience and fidelity to the Creator.
The authority delegated by God to human beings, male or female, has been erroneously manifested in extreme behaviors, such as machismo and matriarchy itself, which seek to impose control according to their lacking and limited human ideas. Hence, there are alterations that have affected many generations for centuries who only imitate, without reflecting, even in the Word of God, the correct use of the authority He has given us. An authority that protects, not abuses. And so it was for centuries until the coming of the Messiah promised by Jesus Christ, to bring spiritual freedom to those who follow in his footsteps, with his excellent example of holy character, meek and humble conduct, spiritual virtues that we can obtain through him, for the best expression of our lives, roles, callings, and service, and thus be able to build lives and not destroy them with behaviors contrary to his commandments.
