En Visionarias trabajamos para ser una revista de legado; es una labor hermosa en la que en cada artículo entregamos nuestro corazón y el espíritu que Dios nos trasmite, así que te damos la bienvenida.
Dejar una herencia es importante para muchas personas, sobre todo si se hace con el debido orden y sin deudas, pero además existe un recurso legal y espiritual mucho más importante, el legado. Como familia es importante que conozcamos la diferencia entre herencia y legado.
La primera es la sucesión de bienes, con derechos y obligaciones, mientras que el segundo es un patrimonio para que se trabaje y conserve, con la obligación de que sea trasmitido a la siguiente generación.
Me viene a la mente la santa palabra de Dios que a veces funge como herencia, pero tiene la obligación del recurso del legado, porque pertenece al Señor, pero no la podemos vender o desaparecer, y es nuestra obligación trasmitirla. Dios es bueno, él nos enseña que es creador de todo cuanto hay en la Tierra y que a través de su hijo nos dejó un legado de obediencia, amor, servicio y salvación a la humanidad, uno que seguirá por siempre.
En agosto se celebra el Día de los Abuelos e independientemente de que los festejes, lo importante es meditar qué tipo de legado nos han sido transferido y qué tipo de legado trasmitiremos.
Es fundamental que nuestra prioridad sea el legado espiritual, el cual es como un viaje de toda la vida y construirlo requiere de tiempo y esfuerzo, pero que valdrá la pena porque traerá recompensas generacionales.

The Legacy Journey
Leaving an inheritance is important to many people, especially if it is done with order and without debt, but there is also a much more important legal and spiritual resource, the legacy.
As a family it’s important that we know the difference between inheritance and legacy. The first is the succession of assets, with rights and obligations, while the second is an estate to be worked and preserved, with the obligation that it will be transmitted to the next generation.
Comes to my mind the God’s Holy Word, that sometimes functions as an inheritance, but it has the obligation of the recourse of the legacy, because it belongs to the Lord, but we cannot sell it or disappear, and it’s our obligation to transmit it. God is good, he teaches us that he’s the creator of everything on Earth and that through his son he left us a legacy of obedience, love, service and salvation to humanity, one that will continue forever.
Grandparents’ Day is celebrated in August and regardless of the celebration, the important thing is to meditate on what type of legacy has been transferred to us and what type of legacy we will transmit.
It’s essential that our priority is the spiritual legacy, which is like a lifelong journey and building it takes time and effort, but it will be worth it because it will bring generational rewards.
