¿Qué sentido tiene la vida?
Es una pregunta que siempre se ha hecho el ser humano en su trayectoria por este mundo.
En algún punto, una persona puede preguntarse por qué y para qué vive, o cuál es el propósito de estar aquí. En esos casos el ser humano busca que la familia, la profesión, el trabajo, los bienes materiales o aquello que piensan que les traerá felicidad sea lo que también le dé sentido a su vida, pero ni teniéndolo todo encuentran ese camino, pues no hay un propósito por el cual estén viviendo.
Pese a lo anterior, ha sido la pandemia por el virus de Covid-19 la que nos ha hecho ver la vida de manera diferente, por lo que ahora se valoran muchas cosas, incluyendo la vida misma.
Cada persona al nacer trae consigo un propósito en este mundo el cual nos ayudará a encontrar un rumbo.
En Isaías 45:18 dice que Dios formó esta tierra y no la creó en vano, por lo tanto, al crearnos a cada una de nosotras tenía un plan especial, nos creó y formó desde el vientre de nuestra madre con un firme propósito.
El pastor Rick Warren en su libro “Una vida con propósito” nos hace la pregunta, ¿para qué está usted aquí en esta tierra? y concluye diciendo que “fuimos creados para adorarle (al Señor)”, y sin duda es por eso por lo que estamos en esta tierra.
En Colosenses 1:16 nos dicen que: “porque en él fueron creadas todas las cosas, las que hay en los cielos y las que hay en la tierra…todo fue creado por medio de él y para él”. Por lo tanto, tomando ese pasaje bíblico, todos fuimos creados para estar eternamente con él, y eso sólo sucederá cuando lo aceptemos como salvador y señor en nuestra vida.
Sólo en Cristo Jesús nuestra vida adquiere sentido, así que, si tú quieres encontrarle, solamente será con él, de aquí y por la eternidad. Jesucristo le da sentido a mi vida y le puede dar sentido a la tuya.

What is the meaning of life?
It is a question that human beings have always asked themselves in their journey through this world.
At some point, a person may ask himself why and for what purpose he lives, or what is the purpose of being here. In those cases, human beings look for family, profession, work, material goods or what they think will bring them happiness, but even if they do have everything, they do not find that way, because there is no purpose for which they are living.
Despite that, it has been the Covid-19 pandemic that has made us see life differently, so now many things are valued, including life itself.
Each person at birth brings with them a purpose in this world that will help us find a direction.
In Isaiah 45:18 it says that God formed this earth and did not create it in vain, therefore, in creating each one of us He had a special plan, He created and formed us from our mother’s womb with a firm purpose.
Pastor Rick Warren in his book “A Purpose Driven Life” asks us the question, why are you here on this earth? and concludes by saying that “we were created to worship Him (the Lord)”, and no doubt that is why we are on this earth.
In Colossians 1:16 we are told that: “for by him all things were created, things in heaven and things on earth…all things were created through him and for him”. Therefore, taking that biblical passage, we were all created to be eternally with him, and that will only happen when we accept him as savior and lord in our life.
Only in Christ Jesus does our life acquire meaning, so, if you want to meet him, it will only be with him, from here and for eternity. Jesus Christ gives meaning to my life and can give meaning to yours.
