¡Hola!
En esta ocasión tenemos una edición especial de Visionarias, la cual hemos titulado Mujeres en el Transporte, tema que me llena de orgullo, pues he de señalar que en 16 años que llevo acompañando a mi amado esposo Manuel Sotelo Vicepresidente Regional de CANACAR, he visto el desarrollo de la mujer en este sector tan importante.
Sobre todo, he sido testigo de cómo las mujeres salen adelante, siempre con trabajo, dedicación y pasión, así como con el objetivo de romper brechas, que antes eran territorio para el hombre.
Este mes de septiembre en el que se celebra la Independencia mexicana, hemos entrevistado a cinco mujeres que son ejemplo de independencia y libertad para dedicarse a lo que quieren, ellas son Claudia Cynthia Sánchez Porras, Directora General de la Cámara Nacional del Autotransporte de Carga (Canacar); Celina Zúñiga Gómez, directora de Plat4m;
Alexia González de Servicio Internacional de Logística y Transporte (SILT) ,
Carmen Sotelo de Servicio Internacional de Enlace Terrestre en Transportes (Siete), por ultimo
Lourdes Sotelo Directora de transportes LOZMAR.
El éxito no ha sido solo profesional, también lo es en su vida familiar y personal, áreas que son de suma importancia, y en las que son acompañadas de su fe y confianza en Dios, creyendo en cualquier momento que no están solas.
Lo anterior me recuerda que la Biblia dice que “Todo esfuerzo tiene su recompensa” (Proverbios 14:23) y no habla de que sólo un género podrá gozar de beneficios, se refiere a todos, hombres y mujeres por igual.
Basándome en eso, el éxito y beneficio que vemos en ellas en este tiempo en su carrera de estas mujeres es con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación en su trabajo, en este sector tan importante y valioso para nuestro país, pues no únicamente se mueve mercancía, también genera empleo para las familias, por lo que, sin duda, con orgullo y respeto, merece que te presentemos nuestra edición especial.

Hello!
This time we have a special edition of Visionarias, which we have titled Women in Transport, a topic that fills me with pride, because I must point out that in the 16 years that I have known my beloved husband Manuel –vice president of this project–, I have seen the development of women in this very important profession.
Above all, I have witnessed how they get ahead, always with work, dedication and passion, as well as with the goal of bridging gaps that were previously the domain of men.
For September, the month of Mexican Independence, we have interviewed four women, also an example of independence and freedom to dedicate themselves to what they want. They are Claudia Cynthia Sánchez Porras, general director of the National Chamber of Cargo Transportation (CANACAR); Celina Zúñiga Gómez, director of Plat4m; Alexia González of the International Service of Logistics and Transportation (SILT) and Carmen Sotelo of the International Service of Land Link in Transportation (Siete).
They are not only successful in the transportation sector, but also in their family and personal lives, areas that are of utmost importance, and in which they are accompanied by their faith and trust in God, who is there, at any time, to accompany them.
The above reminds me that the Bible says that “Every effort has its reward” (Proverbs 14:23) and it does not speak of only one gender being able to enjoy benefits, it refers to everyone, men and women equally.
Based on that, I know that if there is something that characterizes these women, it is their effort and dedication in their work, in this sector that is so important and valuable for our country, because it not only moves merchandise, it also generates employment for families, so, without a doubt, with pride and respect, it deserves that we present you our special edition.
