Por lo anterior, como mujeres, hay que tomar las precauciones que nos ayuden cumplir con nuestras diversas obligaciones y estar al pendiente de las necesidades.

The autumn-winter season has come this 2020 with great speed, which perhaps could have caught us off guard and without the necessary tools to face some health or mood issues that usually affected us during the following months.
Therefore, as women, we must take precautions that help us fulfill our various obligations and be aware of needs.
