El segundo semestre del año comienza y con él vienen las vacaciones, esa temporada en la que nuestros hijos están libres de las obligaciones de la escuela, y que en algún punto siempre nos preguntamos si es mucho o poco tiempo el que les dan.
La respuesta a esa incógnita depende de la perspectiva o actitud con la que todos en la familia tomamos el período vacacional, que creo tiene la finalidad de que hagamos conciencia del tiempo, el cual es importante valorar y no tomarlo más allá que un simple lapso de descanso.
Aquí, es el momento de buscar la oportunidad para salir de la ciudad, aunque si esto no sucede, debemos encontrar la manera de disfrutar el tiempo en casa y tal vez aprovechar para aprender algún oficio.
Hay un versículo que siempre tengo en mi memoria sobre el tiempo, es el de Eclesiastés (3:1 RVR1960), que dice: “Todo tiene su tiempo, y todo lo que se quiere debajo del cielo tiene su hora”.
Así que es tiempo de vacaciones, ¡a disfrutar!

The second semester of the year begins and with it comes vacations, that season in which our children are free from school obligations, and that at some point we always wonder if they are given too much or too little time.
The answer to that question depends on the perspective or attitude with which all of us in the family take the vacation period, which I believe has the purpose of making us aware of the time, which is important to value and not take it as a simple period of rest.
Here, it’s time to look for the opportunity to leave the city, although if this does not happen, we must find a way to enjoy the time at home and perhaps take the opportunity to learn a trade.
There is a verse that I always have in my mind about time, it’s Ecclesiastes (3:1 RVR1960), which says: “Everything has its time, and everything under heaven has its hour”.
So it’s vacation time, enjoy!
