Carmen Sotelo, una visionaria en el sector transportista
Ella logra equilibrar todos sus roles para sumar fuerzas en beneficio de su equipo de trabajo
Carmen Sotelo, es gerente de Recursos Humanos y Cumplimiento Legal de la empresa transportista Servicio Internacional de Enlace Terrestre (Siete), una compañía con más de 31 años de experiencia.
Además, es una mujer visionaria con tres carreras: Comercio Exterior, Psicología y Contaduría. Hermana mayor de dos hombres, con quienes se crío, esposa y madre de tres hijos varones, por lo que, no le es complicado trabajar con hombres.
A la par
Carmen considera que a lo largo de su carrera no ha tenido competencia con el hombre, pues en el área donde empezó a desempeñarse dentro del mundo transportista fue en aduanas. Para ella trabajar con varones, no es un reto, ya que ha aprendido a lidiar con ellos, habla su lenguaje y sabe cómo sacar provecho de sus habilidades y capacidades.
“El hombre es líder por naturaleza, entonces para mí no ha sido nada difícil, me gusta desarrollarlos, ponerles retos, porque yo sé cómo ellos trabajan, sé que les gustan los retos, la competencia entre ellos, sé que son líderes de hogar, ellos necesitan ganar más porque son proveedores de sus esposas e hijos, entonces eso a mí como jefa de ellos me ayuda porque les puedo poner retos y otras metas, y ellos las alcanzan”, mencionó la líder empresarial.
Nos platica que su inspiración para entrar al sector transportista fue su esposo, pues cuando se conocieron él ya se desempeñaba dentro del sector y aunque ella tenía una noción del trabajo, al ver en él su dedicación y valentía, la inspiró a entrar y seguir una carrera en esta área.
La profesionista señaló que, le gusta aprender cosas nuevas y cuando su marido la invitó a participar en su empresa, fue todo un reto para ella. “Ha sido difícil, pero como me gusta mucho aprender, entonces ha sido al mismo tiempo interesante y muy placentero, porque a pesar de que ha sido difícil, al estar aprendiendo cosas nuevas de áreas que no conozco, me ha hecho motivarme, se me ha hecho divertido y grato el camino”, dijo Sotelo.
En evolución
En cuanto a la evolución del sector transportista, antes las autoridades no exigían tantos requisitos. Actualmente, el equipo K9 es uno de esos requisitos, pues se trabaja en evitar el tráfico de estupefacientes, por lo que, los transportistas debieron adaptarse y convertirse en expertos en ese aspecto.
Carmen recuerda que cada vez han ido asumiendo más responsabilidades, como el manifiesto internacional de carga, un documento de control aduanero al que el transportista debe dar seguimiento. También les solicitan carta porte y otros requerimientos, por lo que se han tenido que adaptar a todos los cambios.
Sotelo indicó que, el reconocimiento de cada uno como persona, así como respetar las diferencias y temperamentos, le ha permitido tener un ambiente inclusivo y empático en la empresa.
Ella junto al resto de su equipo tratan de comer juntos cada viernes e incluir a los departamentos que conforman la compañía, lo cual aprovechan para platicar y convivir, además de que les ayuda a trabajar y ser unidos.
Refirió que, cuando surge un problema, se toma el tiempo de hablar con cada uno de sus colaboradores sin tomar partido, pues dice, “ella es objetiva y se pone del lado de la razón”.
Además, les brinda capacitaciones de su puesto y de los demás, para que todos sean conscientes de las labores que debe hacer cada uno.
Equilibrar todas las facetas
Relató que, a veces se tenía que levantar desde las 5:00 de la mañana, para hacer el lonche de los niños, preparar la comida, las tareas, alistar uniformes desde la noche y, además, tener el tiempo suficiente para lograr todo lo que se proponía.
Señaló que, la clave de todo era planear y hacer una lista de pendientes, a los que ponía fecha y hora, según la prioridad y urgencia. Cabe destacar que, a pesar de todos sus roles, hace un espacio en su apretada agenda para orar y trabajar en su ministerio de matrimonios, el cual está enfocado en apoyar y orientar a otras parejas para que resuelvan sus conflictos.
Su fe en Dios
Considera que, su fe en Dios la ha fortalecido, ya que si no lo hubiera conocido no hubiera llegado a donde está, e incluso cuando ve a una persona que tiene problemas, si se lo permite, ora por ella.
Su ministerio lleva por nombre “Siete”, igual que su compañía, pues fue en la misma empresa donde comenzaron con seminarios de matrimonios con 15 parejas y una duración de siete semanas.
Indicó que ante la gran necesidad de orientación que había en la comunidad, el ministerio fue creciendo exponencialmente, sin embargo, tras la pandemia por Covid-19, tuvieron que hacer una pausa, y actualmente, están por retomar sus actividades en el mes de diciembre.
Una mujer visionaria
Para Carmen Sotelo ser visionaria, la ha llevado a abrirse nuevas puertas, que le han permitido desarrollarse en varias carreras, lo que considera es importante para cualquier mujer.
“Pienso que todas debemos tener una visión corta, una mediana y una a largo plazo, porque para mí ha sido importantísimo siempre tener una visión hacia dónde voy, y a veces si he tenido que regresarme a hacer el plan”, señaló.
El tener una visión de que la mujer puede lograr muchas cosas, a pesar de todos los obstáculos que nos pone la sociedad, y que, si puede lograr lo que se proponga, a través de ser una mujer visionaria.

Carmen Sotelo is the Human Resources and Legal Compliance Manager of the transportation company Servicio Internacional de Enlace Terrestre (Siete), a company with more than 31 years of experience.

Carmen believes that throughout her career she has not had competition with men, since the area where she began to work within the transport world was in customs. For her, working with men is not a challenge, since she has learned to deal with them, speaks their language and knows how to take advantage of their skills and abilities.
“Men are leaders by nature, so it hasn’t been difficult for me. I like to develop them, to challenge them, because I know how they work, I know that they like challenges, competition among themselves, I know that they are leaders of their homes, they need to earn more because they are providers for their wives and children, so that helps me as their boss because I can set them challenges and other goals, and they achieve them,” said the business leader.
She tells us that her inspiration to enter the transport sector was her husband, because when they met, he was already working in the sector and although she had an idea of the work, seeing his dedication and courage inspired her to enter and pursue a career in this area.
The professional said that she likes to learn new things and when her husband invited her to participate in his company, it was quite a challenge for her. “It has been difficult, but since I really like to learn, it has been interesting and very pleasant at the same time, because even though it has been difficult, learning new things from areas that I don’t know has motivated me, and the journey has been fun and enjoyable,” said Sotelo.
In evolution
Regarding the evolution of the transport sector, the authorities did not demand so many requirements before. Currently, the K9 team is one of those requirements, since work is being done to prevent drug trafficking, so transporters had to adapt and become experts in that aspect.
Carmen recalls that they have been taking on more and more responsibilities, such as the international cargo manifest, a customs control document that the carrier must follow up on. They are also asked for a bill of lading and other requirements, so they have had to adapt to all the changes.
Sotelo indicated that the recognition of each person, as well as respecting differences and temperaments, has allowed her to have an inclusive and empathetic environment in the company.
She and the rest of her team try to eat together every Friday and include the departments that make up the company, which they take advantage of to talk and socialize, in addition to helping them work and be united.
She said that when a problem arises, she takes the time to talk to each of her collaborators without taking sides, because she says, “she is objective and takes the side of reason.”
In addition, they provide training for their position and for others, so that everyone is aware of the tasks that each one must do.
Balancing all facets
She said that sometimes she had to get up at 5:00 in the morning to make the children’s lunch, prepare food, do housework, get uniforms ready at night and, in addition, have enough time to achieve everything she set out to do.
She pointed out that the key to everything was planning and making a to-do list, which she set a date and time for, depending on priority and urgency. It is worth noting that, despite all her roles, she makes time in her busy schedule to pray and work on her marriage ministry, which is focused on supporting and guiding other couples to resolve their conflicts.
Her faith in God
She believes that her faith in God has strengthened her, since if she had not known him, she would not have gotten to where she is, and even when she sees a person who has problems, if they allow it, she prays for them.
Their ministry is called “Seven,” just like their company, since it was in the same company where they began with marriage seminars with 15 couples and a duration of seven weeks.
They indicated that given the great need for guidance in the community, the ministry was growing exponentially, however, after the Covid-19 pandemic, they had to take a break, and currently, they are about to resume their activities in the month of December.
A visionary woman
For Carmen Sotelo, being a visionary has led her to open new doors, which have allowed her to develop in various careers, which she considers important for any woman.
“I think that we all need to have a short-term, a medium-term and a long-term vision, because for me it has always been very important to have a vision of where I am going, and sometimes I have had to go back and make the plan,” she said.

Su trayectoria comenzó en el sector maquilador, donde desarrolló Plat4m, una plataforma innovadora para agilizar los trámites aduaneros. Uno de los mayores obstáculos que ha enfrentado Celina ha sido la comunicación con los transportistas. “Lo más difícil es poder lograr una buena comunicación y enseñar las regulaciones, el marco jurídico en el lenguaje del transporte”, afirma Celina.
A pesar de los desafíos, Celina ha demostrado que las mujeres pueden alcanzar puestos directivos en la industria del transporte. Su apoyo como asesora en la Cámara Nacional del Autotransporte de Carga (Canacar) ha sido fundamental para visibilizar el papel de las mujeres en este sector y abrir puertas para las futuras generaciones, por lo que, también agradece a Dios, pues sabe que es él quien la lleva de la mano.
“En mi carrera profesional he caminado por muchos obstáculos y de la mano de Dios pude convertirlos en experiencias y muchos éxitos; sé sin dudar que él me lleva”, asegura.
Celina Zúñiga nos comparte que “en este mundo tan complicado me pongo en sus manos (Dios) y le doy gracias por tantas bendiciones”, las cuales incluyen a su hijo, a quien educa para que sea un ser humano que valore y respete lo que la vida le da.
“Mi madre me inculcó que la vida somos seres de luz, si caminamos de la mano de Dios”, agrega.
Un mensaje de esperanza para las mujeres
Celina invita a las mujeres a prepararse y a creer en sí mismas. “El reto está muy fuerte para poder llegar, tienes que llegar con el conocimiento, sin decir mentiras sobre tramitología. Capacítense”, aconseja.
Su mensaje es claro: las mujeres tienen la capacidad de destacar en cualquier campo, siempre y cuando estén dispuestas a trabajar duro y a superar los obstáculos.

“The most difficult thing is to be able to achieve good communication and teach the regulations, the legal framework in the language of transport,” says Celina.

Her support as an advisor at the National Chamber of Cargo Transport (CANACAR) has been fundamental in making the role of women in this sector visible and opening doors for future generations, for which she also thanks God, because she knows that he is the one who leads her by the hand.
“In my professional career I have walked through many obstacles and with the help of God I was able to turn them into experiences and many successes; I know without a doubt that he leads me,” she says.
Celina Zúñiga shares with us that “in this complicated world I put myself in his hands (God) and I thank him for so many blessings,” which include her son, whom she educates to be a human being who values and respects what life gives him.
“My mother taught me that life is a being of light, if we walk hand in hand with God,” she adds.

Claudia Sánchez Porras es una mujer visionaria que logró entrar al sector logístico, y ahora está al frente de la dirección general de Canacar
La maestra en Derecho, Claudia Cynthia Sánchez Porras, es madre, esposa y actualmente, ocupa la dirección general de la Cámara Nacional del Autotransporte de Carga (Canacar), la primera mujer en ocupar este puesto.
Con 35 años de experiencia en el sector logístico, su carrera profesional inició a los 17 años en el sector marítimo, donde estuvo por 10 años en Transportación Marítima Mexicana, después se desempeñó como directora jurídica en SSA México, la empresa desarrolladora de puertos número uno en México, también ocupó la dirección de relaciones públicas y gubernamentales.
Además, iniciando el actual sexenio, el ingeniero Javier Jiménez Espriú, secretario de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes, la invitó a formar parte de su gabinete y ocupar el cargo de la Dirección General de Puertos, la cual es la autoridad portuaria en México, siendo la primera directora mujer.
Posteriormente, cuando se discutía si los civiles podían ocupar cargos al frente de la Secretaría de Marina, Sánchez fue transferida a la Dirección General del Fideicomiso de Formación y Capacitación para el Personal de la Marina Mercante Nacional (Fidena), donde desarrolló y capacitó a todos los marinos mercantes.
Claudia indicó que, este fue un cambio muy importante, porque las escuelas náuticas tenían más de 100 años de creación y era la primera vez que era ocupada por una mujer. “Entonces fueron de las brechas que me tocó romper”, declaró.
Después el presidente de Canacar, Miguel Ángel Martínez Villana, estaba iniciando su gestión y la llamó para tomar la Dirección General de la Cámara, donde también fue la primera en encabezar la asociación.
Siempre la primera
“Las brechas son grandes, por el tema de poder, tener un rol de liderazgo y desafortunadamente estando yo muy joven las oportunidades siempre se iban preferentemente a los hombres, aún con las mejores capacidades”, señaló la maestra.
Sin embargo, eso nunca la detuvo y a lo largo de su carrera aprendió que se pueden vencer estas barreras, con perseverancia y liderazgo, ya que, sí se puede lograr desarrollar tus ideas, argumentando y defendiendo que realmente tienes el derecho de ocupar un cargo.
La abogada consideró que se ha enfrentado a muchos retos en el sector del transporte, “Me tocó ver el reto de cómo se transformaban las empresas navieras, la globalización y ver como todas las grandes empresas absorbieron a las pequeñas y se conformaron muy pocos consorcios, que ahora están en el mercado y ese fue un reto muy fuerte”, nos comentó.
También, hace 7 años ocupó la presidencia de la Asociación Mexicana de Infraestructura Portuaria, Marítima y Costera. Destacó que, para ella fue muy interesante participar en el desarrollo de las primeras terminales especializadas en México, en Veracruz, Lázaro Cárdenas, Manzanillo, Cozumel, Tuxpan y otras.
A lo largo de los años el mercado fue evolucionando, por lo cual, era necesario irse adaptando a todas las necesidades del sector, por ello, debían generar eficiencias y la productividad que exige el mercado.
Por otro lado, para el 2006 comenzaron los retos en el tema medioambiental, “los retos han sido muy importantes en términos de desarrollo, pero también los resultados muy gratificantes, porque hoy México tiene de verdad un desarrollo impresionante en el tema del sector portuario”.
Líder en el sector transportista
En la actualidad, desde la cámara empresarial los grandes retos a los que se enfrenta es el déficit de operadores y la inseguridad, por lo que se trabaja para poder seguir impulsando a los operadores a que se sigan capacitando y poder combatir ese déficit. Así como trabajar en conjunto con las autoridades.
“A mí me motivó desde muy pequeña la verdad el tema de los barcos, el tema de los cruceros me llamaba mucho la atención, entonces cuando vi una empresa naviera, pues me parecía maravilloso poder trabajar en una empresa donde pudieras participar, ver toda la operación, pero ya cuando te vas envolviendo ves la importancia de la operación que tiene toda la cadena logística, el desempeño logístico y la importancia que tiene, pues fue lo que me motivó a continuar”, señaló Claudia Sánchez.
Ahora que se encuentra al frente de la Canacar se dio cuenta de la relevancia que tiene el autotransporte en el país, y de los grandes retos que existen, con una posición tan privilegiada que México viene siendo el principal socio comercial de Estados Unidos.
Algo que la motiva es siempre tratar de mejorar los índices de desempeño que tienen los transportistas agremiados y, sobre todo, también privilegiar todos los procesos logísticos que hacen que todas las mercancías y bienes lleguen en menor tiempo y menor costo, sin tantas complicaciones.
“La verdad es que sí es muy gratificante ver cómo puedes aportar cosas para tu país, para el sector y sobre todo que como mujer, que tengas el apoyo y pude ver el interés de muchas mujeres de acercarse a las asociaciones, de ocupar roles en todo este sector logístico y que las mujeres necesitan el empuje, el apoyo o que alguien les dé la mano precisamente para poder tener ese crecimiento”.
Los roles
La maestra Claudia Sánchez es madre orgullosa de dos hijas, de 16 y 18 años, además es esposa de un hombre maravilloso, quien también es abogado y un gran compañero, pues siempre la apoya en todos sus proyectos. Indicó que, al involucrar a su familia y al ver sus logros, les transmite su pasión por lo que hace que ellos le respalden y motiven a seguir adelante.
Señaló que, cuando eres, no sólo ejecutiva, sino también mamá y esposa, es una carga fuerte, ya que debes responder en tu casa, con tus hijos y con tu familia, lo cual no siempre es fácil. Sin embargo, aseguró que, sí se puede, aunque depende mucho de la determinación y la convicción que tengas, para tomar estos roles de responsabilidad, sin dejar de lado a tu familia.
“Yo soy creyente de que en la medida que tengas equilibrio con tú casa, con tú familia, con lo que más quieres en la vida, puedes tener mucho mejor desempeño en tus responsabilidades laborales, entonces, he visto crecer a mucha gente y también te puedo decir con mucho orgullo que también soy una mamá muy presente y esposa presente”.
A las mujeres que buscan desarrollarse en el sector logístico, aconsejó aprender el idioma inglés, pues actualmente es indispensable en el marcado internacional, además de desarrollar su liderazgo, la seguridad en sí misma, creer que son capaces y no limitarse, porque a veces somos nosotras mismas quienes nos limitamos.
Es una mujer de fe
Claudia Sánchez es una mujer de fe; indicó que en muchas ocasiones sintió que estaba cayendo en un abismo, pero siempre ha tenido la mano de Dios que la sostiene.
“Yo soy de muchísima fe, mis hijas están en una escuela católica, yo estuve en una escuela católica toda mi vida y a veces nos cuesta muchísimo trabajo realmente creer que con que fe y dé la mano Dios es más que suficiente para que puedas pasar cualquier dificultad en la vida y créeme que mientras más lo tengas a él, mientras más creas en él y mientras más le entregues a él, más te ayuda”.
Visionaria en toda la extensión de la palabra
Ser una mujer visionaria, es algo que la ha caracterizado, pues siempre está pensado en cosas más allá y en qué más sigue.
“Yo creo que cuando dejas de pensar en qué es lo que sigue, pues también te empiezas a empolvar, entonces por eso yo siempre he pensado en estar tratando de crear, de innovar, de sacar nuevos proyectos y sobre todo más estando en un gremio donde hay gente tan buena, donde tenemos tantos retos tan importantes, yo creo que eso es lo más importante, siempre tratar de darle el mejor servicio a tus afiliados para que sientan que están en una cámara fuerte, que los arropa, que los que los apoya y sobre todo que les otorga un servicio que realmente merecen.
Agregó que, todas las mujeres tenemos las mismas oportunidades y que debemos hacer un gran equipo como mujeres. En la actualidad, tenemos una gran oportunidad como mujeres, ahora México va tener una presidenta mujer, considero que ha habido grandes retos en el gobierno, sobre todo en la paridad en la Cámara de diputados, de senadores e incluso en el gabinete actual, por lo que, como mujeres hay que aprovechar esta gran oportunidad para empoderarse, en nuestro país, así que tenemos que ser productivas y producir en nuestras diversas actividades para que nuestra familia tengan una mejor calidad de vida.
Claudia Sánchez Breaking ground in the logistics sector
Claudia Sánchez Porras is a visionary woman who managed to enter the logistics sector, and is now in charge of the general management of CANACAR
Claudia Cynthia Sánchez Porras, a law professor, is a mother, wife and currently holds the position of general director of the National Chamber of Cargo Transportation (CANACAR), the first woman to hold this position.
With 35 years of experience in the logistics sector, her professional career began at the age of 17 in the maritime sector, where she worked for 10 years at Transportación Marítima Mexicana, then served as legal director at SSA México, the number one port development company in Mexico, and also held the position of director of public and government relations.
Furthermore, at the beginning of the current six-year term, engineer Javier Jiménez Espriú, Secretary of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation, invited her to join his cabinet and occupy the position of Director General of Ports, which is the port authority in Mexico, being the first female director.
Later, when there was a debate about whether civilians could hold positions at the head of the Navy, Sánchez was transferred to the General Directorate of the Trust for Training and Capacity Building for the Personnel of the National Merchant Navy (Fidena), where she developed and trained all merchant marines.
Claudia said that this was a very important change, because the nautical schools were more than 100 years old and it was the first time that a woman had occupied them. “So these were the gaps that I had to break,” she said.
Then the president of CANACAR, Miguel Ángel Martínez Villana, was beginning his administration and called her to take over the General Management of the Chamber, where she was also the first to head the association.
Always the first
“The gaps are large, due to the issue of power, having a leadership role, and unfortunately when I was very young, opportunities always went preferentially to men, even with the best abilities,” said the teacher.
However, that never stopped her and throughout her career she learned that these barriers can be overcome with perseverance and leadership, since you can develop your ideas, arguing and defending that you really have the right to hold a position.
The lawyer considered that she has faced many challenges in the transport sector, “I had to see the challenge of how shipping companies were transformed, globalization and seeing how all the large companies absorbed the small ones and very few consortia were formed, which are now in the market and that was a very strong challenge,” she told us.
She also held the presidency of the Mexican Association of Port, Maritime and Coastal Infrastructure 7 years ago. She stressed that it was very interesting for her to participate in the development of the first specialized terminals in Mexico, in Veracruz, Lázaro Cárdenas, Manzanillo, Cozumel, Tuxpan and others.
Over the years, the market has evolved, so it was necessary to adapt to all the needs of the sector, therefore, they had to generate efficiencies and the productivity that the market demands.
On the other hand, in 2006 the challenges began in the environmental field, “the challenges have been very important in terms of development, but the results have also been very gratifying, because today Mexico truly has an impressive development in the port sector.”
Leader in the transport sector
Currently, the major challenges faced by the business chamber are the shortage of operators and insecurity, which is why it is working to continue encouraging operators to continue training and to combat this shortage, as well as working together with the authorities.
“I was really interested in ships and cruises from a very young age. So when I saw a shipping company, it seemed wonderful to be able to work in a company where you could participate and see the whole operation. But when you get involved, you see the importance of the operation of the entire logistics chain, the logistics performance and the importance it has, so that’s what motivated me to continue,” said Claudia Sánchez.
Now that she is at the head of CANACAR, she has realized the importance of trucking in the country and the great challenges that exist, with such a privileged position that Mexico has become the main commercial partner of the United States.
Something that motivates her is always trying to improve the performance indices of the member carriers and, above all, also to prioritize all the logistics processes that make all the merchandise and goods arrive in less time and at a lower cost, without so many complications.
“The truth is that it is very gratifying to see how you can contribute things to your country, to the sector and above all, as a woman, that you have the support and I could see the interest of many women to approach the associations, to occupy roles in this entire logistics sector and that women need the push, the support or someone to give them a hand precisely to be able to have that growth.”
Roles
Teacher Claudia Sánchez is a proud mother of two daughters, aged 16 and 18, and is also the wife of a wonderful man, who is also a lawyer and a great partner, as he always supports her in all her projects. She indicated that, by involving her family and seeing their achievements, she transmits her passion for what she does for them, which encourages them to support her and motivate her to continue forward.
She pointed out that when you are not only an executive, but also a mother and wife, it is a heavy burden, since you must be responsible at home, with your children and with your family, which is not always easy. However, she assured that it is possible, although it depends a lot on the determination and conviction that you have, to take on these roles of responsibility, without neglecting your family.
“I believe that to the extent that you have balance with your home, with your family, with what you want most in life, you can perform much better in your work responsibilities. So, I have seen many people grow and I can also tell you with great pride that I am also a very present mother and a present wife.”
She advised women seeking to develop their careers in the logistics sector to learn English, as it is currently essential in the international market, in addition to developing their leadership, self-confidence, believing that they are capable and not limiting themselves, because sometimes we are the ones who limit ourselves.
She is a woman of faith
Claudia Sánchez is a woman of faith; she said that on many occasions she felt like she was falling into an abyss, but she has always had the hand of God holding her up.
“I have a lot of faith. My daughters go to a Catholic school. I went to a Catholic school all my life. Sometimes it’s very hard for us to really believe that with faith and God’s help, it’s more than enough to get through any difficulty in life. And believe me, the more you have Him, the more you believe in Him, and the more you give to Him, the more He helps you.”
Visionary in every sense of the word
Being a visionary woman is something that has characterized her, as she is always thinking about things beyond and what else is next.
“I think that when you stop thinking about what’s next, you also start to get dusty, so that’s why I’ve always thought about trying to create, innovate, launch new projects and especially being in a guild where there are such good people, where we have so many important challenges, I think that’s the most important thing, always trying to give the best service to your members so that they feel that they are in a strong chamber, that supports them, and above all that gives them a service that they truly deserve.
She added that all women have the same opportunities and that we must make a great team as women. Today, we have a great opportunity as women, now Mexico will have a female president. I believe that there have been great challenges in the government, especially in terms of parity in the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate and even in the current cabinet, so, as women, we must take advantage of this great opportunity to empower ourselves in our country, so we have to be productive and produce in our various activities so that our family has a better quality of life.
