El refugio y puerto seguro para la vida de un hijo

Cuando damos a luz a un hijo no sólo nace un bebé, sino también una nueva mujer. Se generan variaciones en el cuerpo, también en las hormonas, el cerebro y conexiones neuronales que definitivamente harán que aquella ilusionada mamá experimente los cambios más fuertes de su vida.

Pero hoy quisiera resaltar su corazón. En el corazón de una madre se integran los sentimientos más profundos y sinceros, no tiene fronteras, siempre está dispuesta a escuchar, servir, cuidar, amar.

Existe una frase bastante popular, “una madre conoce a su hijo”, la cual sólo entiendes cuando eres mamá, porque comprendes que no se necesitan palabras para ser una intérprete, pues hay un lazo fuerte que va de corazón a corazón y que permite reconocer miradas, interpretar suspiros y escuchar silencios.

Cuando pienso en el corazón de una madre, viene a mi mente María la madre de nuestro Señor Jesús, que nos muestra su corazón a través de la Biblia.

Cuando Jesús nació dice San Lucas 2:19, “María guardaba todas estas cosas en el corazón y pensaba en ellas con frecuencia”. Quiero pensar que después del tan inusual parto, viendo con asombro todos los acontecimientos que estaban girando a su alrededor, ella ya tenía su corazón de madre en acción.

¿Que estaba guardando en su corazón?

No lo dice la Biblia, pero podemos imaginar a una joven madre tratando de procesar todo a lo que se enfrentaría y la responsabilidad de ser la madre del hijo de Dios.

Su corazón de madre le permitió darle todo el amor que podía, pero a su vez le permitió comprender que ese hijo ya venía con un propósito y ella fue parte de ese plan. Aun así, no se aferró y participó activamente en el ministerio de Jesús, de principio a fin. El corazón de una madre es el refugio y el puerto seguro para la vida de un hijo, porque siempre tendrá la capacidad de conectar emocionalmente con él.

When we give birth to a child, not only a baby but also a new woman is born. Variations are generated in the body and in hormones, brain, and neuronal connections that will make that excited mom experience the strongest changes of her life.

But today, I would like to highlight her heart. A mother’s heart integrates the deepest and most sincere feelings and has no boundaries; it is always ready to listen, serve, care, and love.

There is a trendy phrase, “A mother knows her child,” which you only understand when you are a mother because you know that words are not needed to be an interpreter. After all, a strong bond goes from heart to heart, allowing you to recognize glances, interpret sighs, and listen to silences.

When I think of a mother’s heart, Mary comes to mind. She is the mother of our Lord Jesus, and the Bible shows us her heart.

When Jesus was born, St. Luke 2:19 says, “Mary kept all these things in her heart and thought about them often.” After the very unusual birth, seeing with amazement all the events swirling around her, she already had her mother’s heart in action.

 What was she keeping in her heart?

It doesn’t say in the Bible, but we can imagine a young mother trying to process all that she would face and the responsibility of being the mother of God’s son.

Her mother’s heart allowed her to give him all the love she could, but at the same time, she understood that this son was already coming with a purpose, and she was part of that plan. Even so, she did not cling and actively participated in Jesus’ ministry from beginning to end. A mother’s heart is the refuge and safe harbor for a child’s life because she will always have the ability to connect emotionally with him.

La conciencia es un estado de conocimiento que permite que una persona interactúe e interprete la realidad. Si una persona no tiene conciencia, se encuentra desconectada de la realidad y no percibe lo actuado.

Los seres humanos tenemos el consciente, que es el que se exterioriza visiblemente, además del inconsciente que no se racionaliza, es decir, tenemos como una caja registradora que guarda lo que no se quiere exteriorizar por razones no cómodas, dolorosas, angustiantes etcétera.

Este proceso de exteriorizar consiste en percibir el entorno a través de los sentidos y analizarlo con la información que se tiene, la cual fue desarrollada a partir de las experiencias y conocimiento adquirido.

Cuando estamos despiertos nuestra conciencia se encuentra alerta y sólo se relaja cuando dormimos, momento en el que el subconsciente puede expresarse, y lo hace por lo regular a través de los sueños, pues en ese momento no existen estructuras y lo que se muestra sale sin ser analizado, pudiendo acceder a un espacio del individuo que durante el estado de conciencia se encuentra absolutamente oculto.

Por lo tanto, cuando hablamos de conciencia nos estamos refiriendo a la capacidad de conocer nuestro entorno y ubicarnos en él, la capacidad de reflexionar sobre la realidad y asumir una postura frente a ella, la capacidad de juzgar nuestras acciones desde una perspectiva moral (buenas o malas), o desde el conocimiento adquirido de Dios.

Es en este estado de iluminación a través del conocimiento de lo ya mencionado, eres consciente de que haciendo uso de tus pensamientos, emociones y acciones eres capaz de generar un efecto en ti y en lo que te rodea.

Si renovamos constantemente esa forma de percibir esos episodios con la Palabra de Dios, tendremos actitud correcta y por consecuencia tranquilidad.

The conscience

It is the starting point to gain control of all aspects of your life.

Consciousness is a state of awareness that allows a person to interact and interpret reality. If a person does not have consciousness, they are disconnected from reality and do not perceive what is happening.

Human beings have the conscious, which is the one that is visibly externalized, in addition to the unconscious, which is not rationalized; that is to say, we have like a cash register that keeps what we do not want to externalize for reasons that are not comfortable, painful, distressing, etcetera.

This process of externalizing consists of perceiving the environment through the senses and analyzing it with the information we have, which was developed from experiences and acquired knowledge.

When we are awake, our consciousness is alert and only relaxes when we sleep, a moment in which the subconscious can express itself. It usually does so through dreams because, at that moment, there are no structures, and what is shown comes out without being analyzed, being able to access a space of the individual that, during the state of consciousness, is hidden.

Therefore, when we speak of consciousness, we are referring to the capacity to know our environment and to locate ourselves in it, the capacity to reflect on reality and to assume a position in front of it, the capacity to judge our actions from a moral perspective (good or bad), or the acquired knowledge of God.

In this state of enlightenment, through the knowledge of those above, you are aware that by using your thoughts, emotions, and actions, you can generate an effect on yourself and on what surrounds you.

If we constantly renew this way of perceiving these episodes with the Word of God, we will have the right attitude and, consequently, tranquility.

Él promete ayudar para sanar relaciones por medio de la reconciliación y el perdón

 “Entonces Esdras oró: ‘Bendito sea el Señor, Dios de nuestros padres, porque impulsó al rey a honrar el templo del Señor en Jerusalén’”

Esdras 7:27

En la Biblia vemos dos relatos de cómo Dios restaura con poder lo derribado. En este caso fue su templo y sus murallas en Jerusalén, que simbolizan la importancia del lugar de reunión de su pueblo para adorarle.

Y si hizo esto con cosas materiales, ¿qué no hará con vidas, matrimonios y familias?

En la Biblia hay muchos relatos históricos reales, con ejemplos y analogías del poder de Dios para que todo aquel que crea en él pueda participar de sus milagros maravillosos.

Dios creó el matrimonio, el Génesis y la familia; sabe que las personas pasan por situaciones que traen dolor y dificultad, y que el mundo está en conflicto, pero promete ayudar para sanar relaciones por medio de la reconciliación y el perdón.

Pero hay que saber que hay un enemigo en común que odia a Dios y todo lo creado por él, sin embargo, el poder del Señor es muy superior a este destructor.

Lee ambos libros históricos para darte cuenta de su grandeza para levantar lo caído y así la fe crezca y madure. Dios tiene el poder y la buena voluntad de traer restauración en lo personal, conyugal y familiar, por lo que nos ha encomendado una tarea espiritual a todos sus hijos, el ministerio de reconciliar, que consiste en volverse a él y con el prójimo, porque esta obra es parte de la restauración de la vida y familia.

Aquí está el desafío de fe y obediencia a él, para restaurar hay que perdonar.

“Todo esto es la obra de Dios, quien por medio de Cristo nos reconcilió consigo mismo y nos dio el encargo de anunciar la reconciliación”.

In the Bible, we see two accounts of how God powerfully restores what has been torn down. In this case, his temple and its walls in Jerusalem symbolized the importance of the meeting place for his people to worship him.

And if he did this with material things, what wouldn’t he do with lives, marriages, and families?

There are many real historical stories in the Bible, with examples and analogies of God’s power so that everyone who believes in him can participate in his beautiful miracles.

God created marriage, Genesis, and the family; He knows that people go through situations that bring pain and difficulty and that the world is in conflict, but he promises to help heal relationships through reconciliation and forgiveness.

But you must know that there is a common enemy that hates God and everything created by him; however, the power of the Lord is far superior to this destroyer.

Read both historical books to realize their greatness and lift what has fallen so faith grows and matures. God has the power and goodwill to bring restoration in the personal, marital, and family life, which is why he has entrusted all of his children with a spiritual task, the ministry of reconciling, which consists of turning to him and to our neighbor, because This work is part of the restoration of life and family.

Here is the challenge of faith and obedience to him: to restore, you must forgive.
